for decisions, actions, and outcomes
resulting from your use of the Services.

but do not guarantee uninterrupted
or error-free operation.
- The Services are provided
on an “as is” and “as available” basis,
without warranties of any kind,
express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law,
the Company shall not be liable
for indirect, incidental, special,
or consequential damages,
including loss of revenue, profits, or data.
- Our total aggregate liability
shall not exceed the amount paid by you
for the Services during the
twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate access
if you violate these Terms.
- You may discontinue use of the Services
at any time.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by
and construed in accordance with
the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan),
as a contractually agreed governing law.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection
with these Terms shall be submitted
to the exclusive jurisdiction of
the Taipei District Court, Taiwan,
unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will be published on our website.
Continued use of the Services
constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
